The BSAVA Abstracts return for 2027 with a brand-new online format, bringing together veterinary clinical research and case reports in a series of themed virtual sessions.
Designed to fit around busy schedules, each session explores a specific area of practice, giving you the opportunity to delve deeper into the topics that matter most to you. Hear directly from presenters as they share innovative research, practical findings and valuable clinical experiences from across the veterinary profession.
Join us online and discover the research, insights and real-world cases helping to advance animal health and welfare.
The BSAVA Abstracts programme has been redesigned for 2027, with abstracts presented through a series of themed online sessions held throughout the year.
Rather than a single event, the abstracts will be grouped by topic, allowing delegates to explore specific areas of interest through focused sessions featuring veterinary clinical research and case reports for both vets and veterinary nurses. Each session will include live presentations from authors, followed by opportunities for questions and discussion.
Alongside the online sessions, selected abstracts will also be presented as posters. These poster presentations will be showcased at BSAVA events across the UK during 2027, providing additional opportunities to discover the latest veterinary research and clinical insights. The deadline for applications is 28th January 2027, with successful authors notified in February.
